• Wear appropriate athletic attire and non-marking athletic footwear at all times.
• Follow all posted rules, safety instructions, and directions from facility staff.
• Play safely and respectfully.
  • No fighting, threats, verbal abuse, reckless play, or dangerous conduct.
• Children and minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Do not climb, hang on, kick, strike, or misuse:
  • Goals or nets
  • Posts, fencing, or gates
  • Benches or other field structures
• Do not use the field when the surface is:
  • Wet or slippery
  • Damaged or under maintenance
  • Otherwise unsafe
• Report unsafe conditions to facility staff immediately.
• No food, glass containers, or alcoholic beverages are permitted on the field.
• Use appropriate soccer equipment.
  • Do not intentionally kick, throw, or misuse balls or other equipment.
• Participate only if you are physically able to do so.
  • Stop immediately if you feel ill, dizzy, injured, or unsafe.
• Management may refuse service, terminate play, cancel bookings, or remove anyone who violates these rules or creates an unsafe environment.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

SOCCER IS A PHYSICAL ACTIVITY WITH INHERENT RISKS. SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH MAY OCCUR.

By entering or using the soccer field, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with soccer, including:

• Collisions with other players
• Being struck by balls, cleats, or other equipment
• Contact with goals, nets, posts, fencing, gates, benches, or other structures
• Slips, trips, and falls
• Running, sprinting, sudden stops, changes of direction, jumping, kicking, reaching, or loss of balance
• Wet, slippery, uneven, or changing playing surfaces
• Muscle, joint, ankle, knee, ligament, tendon, head, eye, or other bodily injuries
• Acts or omissions of other players or participants
• Other risks inherent in playing or participating in soccer

 

RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, BY ENTERING, USING, OR PARTICIPATING IN ACTIVITIES AT THIS FACILITY, YOU KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS OF INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR DEATH ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION OR USE OF THE FACILITY.

YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS RIVER SEA FINANCE ORGANIZATION LLC, THE PROPERTY OWNER, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES FROM CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION OR USE OF THE FACILITY, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM THEIR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW.

This notice does not waive or release liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable Florida law.

DO NOT ENTER OR USE THE SOCCER FIELD IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE RISKS AND CONDITIONS.

REPORT ALL INJURIES, DAMAGE, OR UNSAFE CONDITIONS TO FACILITY STAFF IMMEDIATELY.
